NorthStar Shakes: [Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake]

What you’ll need…

1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
​​Preferably fat-free... after all, it's supposed to be about fitness (air quotes) right?

1 scoop Whey Protein powder (chocolate whey)

1/4-1 tbs Sweetener (no sugar!)

6 ice cubes- (more ice for thicker shake)

1 cup Coconut Water

1 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbs of the good Peanut Butter (not Skippy)

...and a few... (just a few)... tiny pieces of Reese's PB Cup to top it off! (of course this is not a necessity...so they say.)

Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached!

20 grams of Carbohydrate

5 grams of Fiber

5 grams of Sugar

40 grams of Protein
