Recipe Du Jour [Apple, Lime and Chia Smoothie!]

Exercise Du Jour

What you’ll need [Serves one person]:

1 tablespoon raw honey or agave nectar.
1 tablespoon organic lime juice.
1 teaspoon chia seeds.
1 organic apple (cut in bite size chunks).
1 teaspoon lime zest.
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt.
4 ice cubes.

Directions: Blend everything but ice. Once all ingredients are well blended, add ice incrementally until desired thickness is achieved.
