​[Deep Purple Blueberry Smoothie with Black Quinoa]


Exercise Du Jour

What you’ll need:

1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen).
1 small ripe banana.
½ cup cooked black quinoa.
1 cup orange juice.
1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses.
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice.
*If using fresh blueberries, you’ll need a couple cubes of ice too.

Preparation:
Blend everything at high speed until smooth. Serve right away.
